My goodness. How in the heck did we get to this part of the year so darn fast??
Judy told me that she wants to have all of our shopping done by Thanksgiving. Ya right! We all start out with the best intentions of doing everything early and we all know what happens. Life gets in the way again and five days before Christmas eve, running through the mall, hair on fire, looking for that one last thing you will need for Aunty Harriett.
Well heck, perhaps we can do it this year.
We get so busy at the store after Thanksgiving that shopping for the family then is near to impossible. So the idea of being completely done by the end of this month is really important. Well, we will try again.
We almost made it last year. Just a few gifts eluded us and it was a great feeling to be done done with time to spare. That's one reason that we are having the loose bead sale now. I hope that it will give the wonderful "do it yourselves types" the time to make that very special gift with a chunk of our glass. I would love to be able to do that but man, time just flies.
